As the Manufacturing Manager, you will:
* Lead operations to achieve planned profitability and efficiency.
* Utilise plant KPIs to drive continuous improvement and enhance manufacturing performance.
* Collaborate with Safety, HR, Environment, Quality, Production, Engineering, and Cost Control teams to meet shared goals.
* Build effective teams and foster strong working relationships to drive continuous improvements.
* Select, develop, and coach employees, empowering them to contribute effectively.
* Ensure the health and safety of the team, adhering to all safety requirements.
Bring your expertise and experience:
* A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
* Experience as a Manufacturing/Production Manager, ideally FMCG, Food/Drink/Packaging, Automotive or a relevant industry.
* A proven track record supervising engineering teams to meet demanding KPIs.
* Strong leadership and people skills, with an ability to influence and motivate.
* A focus on safety and continuous improvement.
* Exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
* Knowledge of food safety and other management systems.
