Position: Loans & Payments Administrator Contract Type: Temporary Contract Length: 6 months Daily Rate: £213.61


Key Responsibilities:


As a Loans Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Data Entry: Accurately input data into the system of record, ensuring all information is up-to-date and reliable.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis to identify trends and insights that will drive operational efficiency.
  • Problem Resolution: Research and resolve varied issues that may arise, providing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Procedure Administration: Administer defined procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all operations.
  • Report Generation: Create and generate reports to assist in monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Exception Processing: Handle exceptions with precision, ensuring all discrepancies are addressed promptly.
  • Product Implementation: Coordinate the implementation of new products/services and operational solutions.
  • Guidance and Support: Provide guidance to associates regarding procedural, technical, and operational changes.

What We're Looking For:


  • Experience: Ideally, you will have 2 to 4 years of payment experience in a financial services setting.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential for accurate data management and reporting.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
