Are you an experienced Legal Counsel or Commercial Solicitor with a passion for technology? Our client is a dynamic and rapidly expanding global technology organisation, and they are looking for an talented individual to join their legal team.
Role:
Working closely with the General Counsel, you will support on a broad spectrum of commercial / project work. Day to day, this work could include:
- Advising on a range of technology-related issues, including intellectual property, data privacy, cybersecurity, and software licensing.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors and partners, ensuring the businesses interests are protected and aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Stay ahead of emerging laws and regulations affecting the tech industry, offering proactive guidance to keep operations compliant and competitive.
- Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, safeguarding innovations and business operations.
About you:
- A UK Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE. You will have experience in drafting commercial contracts within either a private practice or in-house environment.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
The business operate a hybrid working policy and salary is up to £80k (OTE).
