Are you an experienced IT Trainer looking to utilise your skills in a dynamic and progressive professional services organisation? Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable IT Trainer to join their team and help drive the success of their employees in adopting new technologies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and deliver comprehensive IT training programmes to employees at all levels within the organisation
  • Assess the training needs of individuals and teams, and customise training materials accordingly
  • Create engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and online modules that cater to different learning styles
  • Provide ongoing support to employees, answering their questions and addressing any issues they may encounter while using various software applications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training objectives and design strategies that align with the organisation's overall goals
  • Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and best practises in IT training, and make recommendations for continual improvement
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through feedback collection, assessments, and participant performance evaluations

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an IT Trainer or similar role, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Strong knowledge of various software applications and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to tailor training materials to different skill levels and learning preferences
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously
  • A patient and empathetic approach to teaching, with the ability to address and overcome challenges effectively
  • Relevant IT certifications or qualifications are highly desirable
