Working Pattern: Full time hours, Hybrid (2 days WFH)


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join our client's dynamic HR Shared Services team as an HR Services Officer. This is a temporary position offering an hourly rate ranging from £13 to £17, with a 3-6-month contract length.


As an HR Services Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional HR support to our client's organisation. Working within the HR Shared Services team, you will assist in providing comprehensive HR services and administrative support to managers across the organisation.


Key responsibilities:


  • Collaborating with managers to understand their HR needs and providing efficient solutions.
  • Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
  • Supporting employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Managing employee data and records in the HR information system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assisting in resolving employee queries and providing advice on HR policies and procedures.
  • Preparing HR reports and maintaining accurate documentation.

To succeed in this role, you must have prior experience working within an HR Shared Services environment. Your ability to effectively liaise with managers and provide excellent customer service is crucial for this position. Strong organisational and communication skills are required to handle a variety of HR tasks and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders.


The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. You will have a proactive approach to problem-solving, along with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
