- Act as the primary contact for both internal and external stakeholders in employment tax matters
- Develop strong relationships within the business to heighten awareness of tax reward services
- Collaborate with strategic markets to devise effective go-to-market strategies for tax services
- Engage in mentorship by training junior team members, enhancing team capabilities
- Foster a robust internal network to ensure comprehensive support for client engagements
The skills and experience you will bring?
- Hold a relevant professional qualification, such as ATT or CTA, with substantial experience
- Exhibit robust technical knowledge in various facets of employment tax advisory
- Proven ability to establish and sustain productive relationships within and outside the organisation
- Experience in managing long-term client projects and ensuring consistent client satisfaction
- Possess excellent presentation and communication skills, catering to diverse audiences
