This experiential workshop introduces mindfulness - which, when practiced regularly, is scientifically proven to reduce anxiety, stress and exhaustion and cultivate inner peace and stillness.

 

It enables us to navigate daily stress more effectively, to respond rather than react to what is here and to manage challenges with greater focus, calm, and clarity.

 

In this practical session, participants will:

 

  • Gain a clear understanding of what mindfulness is, why it works and its benefits for mental and physical wellbeing
  • Experience a live, guided mindfulness practice
  • Learn tips to support developing a regular mindfulness practice
  • Leave with simple, practical techniques to become grounded and calm in daily life - even when things are frantic
