Our client located near Findel is seeking an experienced Paralegal Manager to join its team for Intellectual Property matters for a period of 6 months to 1 year. This role offers a great opportunity to work within an international and dynamic company in the fields of intellectual property.

Your Responsibilities:
- Support in IP prosecution activities, including handling IP enforcement matters, analyzing infringement scenarios, reviewing warning letters, and taking necessary actions.
- Assist in product review and approval processes, providing legal advice under the supervision of the IP counsel.
- Conduct trademark and design clearances, preparing detailed reports for business units across multiple jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with the client's external counsel network to manage all IP prosecution and enforcement-related work.
- Manage docketing processes, maintain IP databases, and ensure proper tracking of invoices related to IP matters.
- Establish, monitor, and manage internal and external deadlines to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in the management and drafting of contracts as required by IP counsel.
- Draft presentations for internal teams and external stakeholders on relevant IP matters.
- Support project coordination and provide assistance to IP counsel in various IP, marketing, and licensing-related projects.
- Assist the IP team in various other IP-related tasks and marketing or licensing projects as needed.
Your Profile:
- Strong experience in Intellectual Property law, including IP prosecution and enforcement.
- Proven ability to manage and maintain IP databases and docketing systems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely manner.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for drafting legal documents and liaising with external counsel.
- Previous experience in working with IP counsel or external legal teams in private practice is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
