We are looking for one of our client, a company based in canton of Vaud, a Trust Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting Senior Administrators in the daily management of structures developed by tax specialists and attorneys, including Trusts, Foundations, and associated companies across various jurisdictions.
- Creating resolutions for Trustees and Directors, along with minutes from meetings.
- Ensuring compliance and good standing of structures through the preparation of necessary documentation in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining required internal documentation, files, and records effectively.
- Managing all aspects of bank account openings and closings, including the preparation of relevant documents.
- Conducting research to address both internal and external inquiries.
- Drafting letters, memos, emails, and other essential documents for communication with relationship managers, compliance teams, and intermediaries.
- Reviewing and overseeing financial statements for Trusts and Companies prepared by accountants.
- Interacting with and providing administrative assistance to Management, Compliance, and Relationship Managers.
Profile :
- At least two years of experience in a Trust Administrator role, preferably within a family office or an international fiduciary firm.
- Fundamental understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of French is an advantage
