Responsibilities :
- Translate policies into QHSE objectives and ensure the deployment of tracking dashboards.
- Implement consistent compliance control systems and coordinate the continuous QHSE improvement plan.
- Define and execute the annual QHSE audit program, including internal and external audits.
- Periodically assess QHSE risks and lead working groups to solve problems.
- Monitor regulatory requirements and maintain certifications for our client.
- Manage relationships with authorities, certification bodies, customers, and suppliers.
- Coach employees for audits and train new hires on QHSE topics.
Profile :
- Higher education with a specialization in environmental management and confirmed experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written), good knowledge of German (at least B2).
- Mastery of ISO 9000 and 14000 standards.
- Recognized communication skills and ability to manage a team.
- Organized, pragmatic, stress-resistant, and excellent proficiency with standard office tools (MS Office, Access, etc.).
