Product Manager w/m - Neuchâtel

Missions :

• Oversee product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, from initial concept to phase-out.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements and needs.
• Identify market trends and competitor developments, and communicate these insights within the organization.
• Define the product vision and develop strategies and actions to expand the customer portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, R&D, production, and support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are achieved.
• Collect, filter, and prioritize all requests and opportunities in the product funnel.

Profile :

• Qualification as an electrical planner, electrician, automation technician, or electronics technician/ engineer
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, field service on technical or electrical products/ equipments
• Strong foundational technical knowledge and the ability to quickly understand technical concepts.
• Proficient in using ERP systems (experience with SAP is a plus) and
• Fluent in French or German and English
