Our client is a major industrial company based in Neuchatel area.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the month-end controlling and reporting processes related to the industrial operations
• Ensure the monitoring and controlling of the production costs and analysis of the production variances
• Lead the preparation of ad-hoc analysis on the production costs with explanations and suggestions to the Production team to improve the efficiency
• Provide support in the budget and forecast preparation related to the industrial operations
• Contribute to the maintenance of the inventory control systems and the obsolescence calculation
• Conduct the assessment of industrial capex
• Develop and implement best practices to the production entities
• Support the Production team through the preparation and the analysis of business cases

Profile:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Controlling
• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing and/or Business controlling
• Advanced knowledge of SAP is mandatory
• Ability to manage communications with different stakeholders across the organizations
• Self-starter with a positive and solutions-oriented attitude
• Proven critical thinker with strong analytical skills
• Fluent in French & English
