Responsabilities :
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product direction.
- Define product goals, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with company objectives.
- Define overall product portfolio
Product Development:
- Lead the product development process, from concept through to launch
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to gather feedback and ensure product alignment with customer needs.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Go-to-Market & Launch:
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials and sales enablement tools.
- Monitor and analyze product performance post-launch, gathering feedback and making iterative improvements.
- Strategize and implement initiatives to grow the customer base.
Customer Focus & Support:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and usage patterns.
- Provide product support and training to internal teams and customers as needed.
- Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Profile :
- University degree or MBA, preferably in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in Marketing, Product Management, and/or Segment.
- Fluent in French or English or German, both spoken and written, at least 2 out of those 3 languages.
- Practical, detail-oriented, while maintaining a strategic perspective, organized and independent, with a high level of commitment, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
