Responsabilities :


Product Strategy & Roadmap:


  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product direction.
  • Define product goals, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with company objectives.
  • Define overall product portfolio

Product Development:


  • Lead the product development process, from concept through to launch
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

Stakeholder Collaboration:


  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to gather feedback and ensure product alignment with customer needs.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Go-to-Market & Launch:


  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials and sales enablement tools.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance post-launch, gathering feedback and making iterative improvements.
  • Strategize and implement initiatives to grow the customer base.

Customer Focus & Support:


  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and usage patterns.
  • Provide product support and training to internal teams and customers as needed.
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.


Profile :


  • University degree or MBA, preferably in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in Marketing, Product Management, and/or Segment.
  • Fluent in French or English or German, both spoken and written, at least 2 out of those 3 languages.
  • Practical, detail-oriented, while maintaining a strategic perspective, organized and independent, with a high level of commitment, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
