On behalf of our client, an innovative and fast-growing tech company headquartered in Switzerland (Lausanne), we are searching for a hands-on, and dynamic:



TA/HR Business Partner EMEA



This role can be based in Switzerland, France, Spain, the UK or Germany (remote work).



Reporting to the Global HR Director, you will support and collaborate to cultivate and manage relationships with employees and management, drive strategic HR initiatives, and ensure outstanding employee satisfaction.


As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with internal teams to develop strategic HR plans, identify opportunities for talent development and engagement, and proactively address HR and recruitment needs. This role will be instrumental in our client global expansion, supporting HR functions across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA region


Responsibilities:


Business Partnering (50%)



· Work closely with Global HR Director and management to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives,


· Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, and employee development, compensation & benefits,


· Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations,


· Lead and manage ad hoc HR projects as needed, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals,


· Provide regular HR and recruitment reports to both the HR and finance departments, ensuring data accuracy and insightful analysis.


Talent Acquisition (50%)


· Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for up to Manager roles.


· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing and extending offers.


· Enhance the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.


· Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.


· Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.


WHO YOU ARE:




● Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field


● Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partnering role.


● Proven track record of working in multinational and multicultural environments, with specific experience in various EMEA countries being a must.


Fluent in English French a strong plus, as well as Russian.


● Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of roles, preferably in a global context


● Experience in managing complex HR topics, including conflict resolution, employee relations, and


performance management.


● Strong business orientation


● Deep understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws in various regions


● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically


● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization


● Highly proficient with Excel and other IT/HRIS tools, comfortable leveraging technology to enhance HR processes and drive efficiency


● High level of cultural awareness and ability to work effectively in a diverse, global environment


● Hands-on, autonomous, curious, and proactive, with a can-do attitude and a strong orientation


towards finding solutions before escalating


● Approachable and collaborative. A great sense of humor and a fun spirit are 100% mandatory!


This role can be based in Switzerland, France, Spain, the UK or Germany (Remote Work, ready to travel to Switzerland occasionally to visit the team)
