In order to strengthen our client's position, we are seeking an Employee Benefits Leader Romandie.


Responsibilities :



Client Partner & Business Development


Retain and grow client relationships, while seeking new business opportunities.


Act as the focal point for client needs, ensuring smooth delivery of services and contractual obligations.


Collaborate internally to develop strategic solutions and leverage global resources.



Team Lead & Accountability


Lead a team of 7 across health-related business lines (pension, personal lines, healthcare).


Foster talent development, succession planning, and ensure team alignment with client needs.


Manage KPIs such as growth, profitability, and client retention.



Project Management


Drive innovation and technology projects for clients and internally.


Coordinate services with third-party providers and enhance H&B products with insurers.


Collaborate with Marketing on industry relationships, thought leadership, and branding efforts


Profile :



Insurance diploma or Bachelor's degree, FINMA registration (Master's degree is a plus).


10+ years of experience in the insurance sector with an H&B background.


Strong team leadership, business development, and client management experience.


Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
