Our client, an international law firm, is seeking a talented Commodities Trade Finance Associate to join it's dynamic team based in Geneva.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on a broad range of commodities trade finance matters, including innovative structures in sustainability-linked finance.
• Drafting and negotiating a variety of legal agreements across diverse jurisdictions.
• Collaboration with internal teams and direct client interaction, managing complex and fast-paced transactions.
• Cross-border expertise: Involvement in international deals for commodity trading firms, shipping companies, and global banks.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction.
• 4+ PQE years of experience in trade finance or banking & finance, ideally from a leading firm.
• Fluent in English (French, German, or Italian is a plus).
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
• Passion for international trade, banking, and trade finance laws.
• Innovative problem-solver with a client-first approach and outstanding time management.
