We are looking proactive and analytical Junior Product Supply Manager & Trading Sales Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase & Supply Management:
  
  • Manage supplier contracts and agreements in the American region.
  • Monitor pricing trends and adjust purchasing strategies.
  • Coordinate budget management for American affiliates and ensure supply for African affiliates.
• Logistics Coordination:
  
  • Oversee logistics for Base Oil and RRBO third-party sales, including transportation coordination.
  • Implement data management systems and develop logistics solutions.
• Customer Management:
  
  • Develop and manage a customer portfolio for Base Oil products.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and manage deal contracting and execution.
• Market Monitoring & Support:
  
  • Provide market analysis and support to sales teams.
  • Monitor and communicate market trends and pricing competitiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or trading, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with an ability to monitor market trends and adapt strategies.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience in relevant IT systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
