We are looking for our client, a trust company based in Geneva, a Trust Officer 100%.


Responsabilities :



  • Provide daily administrative support, including financial and accounting tasks, as well as database reviews.
  • Execute banking transactions and manage payments efficiently.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining statutory records, such as minutes from directors’ and shareholders’ meetings, and trustee resolutions.
  • Strengthen client relationships with beneficiaries and advisers to ensure a thorough understanding of the trust’s objectives and to effectively meet the beneficiaries' needs.

Your profile :



  • A degree is required, along with either a STEP Certificate or enrollment in a STEP Diploma program.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience in trust management is essential.
  • Proficiency in English is a must, and knowledge of additional languages is preferred.
  • We seek a dynamic individual who thrives on challenges, is enthusiastic, and enjoys taking on responsibilities.
