Responsibilities:

As a Program Manager you lead project portfolios and single projects (functional and compliance, operations front office). You define clear scope and forecast ex-ante project delivery benefits and ROI. You are in charge of stakeholders mapping and management and project communication. Besides, you identify and measure project risks and oversee the budgeting process. You build and maintain KPIs and KRIs. You also, assess and document project change requests and prevent deviation of projects from initial target and scope. You publish project reporting and you identify project conflicts.

Profile:

• Bachelor in IT
• Experience in private banking
• Experience in Information technologies projects
• French fluent. English fluent.
