Responsibilities:

As a Network & Security Engineer you manage lifecycle of network environment (LAN/WAN/MAN), voice environment (CUMC, NCE Voice recording solutions) and of security environment (checkpoint/Palo). Moreover, you manage incident queue (monitoring, investigation, resolution, follow-up). You work on infrastructure project in team, work with external vendor and ensure inventory updates.

Profile:

• Bachelor in IT or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in Network, Voice, Security, Operation team
• Good knowledge in network and security
• Good knowledge in Voice Product (NICe, CUCM)
• French fluent, English advanced
• Swiss residence or willingness to relocate
