Main Responsibilities:
Project Coordination and Delivery Management:
- Define, coordinate, and track all deliverables across the migration program.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring clear timelines and responsibilities.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and constraints.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks related to data integration and migration activities.
- Propose mitigation strategies and ensure their execution.
Execution of Migration Activities:
- Supervise and support teams in the technical and functional execution of migration tasks.
- Ensure all data is integrated into the core systems accurately and efficiently.
Quality Assurance:
- Define and enforce quality control measures for all deliverables.
- Perform post-migration analysis to confirm the success of integration activities.
Experience Required:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT delivery management, ideally in the financial services sector. Experience with data migration projects and integrating systems post-acquisition is a strong plus.
- Skills:
- Proven track record in coordinating complex IT projects involving multiple teams and systems.
- Strong knowledge of data migration methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze and manage risks effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of banking systems and processes is advantageous.
