Our client is renowned pharmaceutical company.


Responsibilities :


  • Provide in-depth clinical training to healthcare professionals (including doctors, nurses, etc.) on advanced diagnostic tools and their integration into patient care workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to highlight the clinical and economic benefits of the diagnostic solutions offered, assisting in the creation of strategies for both pre-sales and post-sales engagement.
  • Enhance product adoption by building strong relationships with healthcare providers and supporting their use of diagnostics in active accounts, as well as converting leads into long-term clients.
  • Serve as the primary clinical expert for customers, advocating for the adoption of innovative testing approaches and demonstrating the real-world value of these diagnostic solutions.
  • Organize and lead comprehensive training programs within hospitals to increase awareness and proper usage of diagnostic tools.
  • Stay informed about market developments, identify growth opportunities, and work with key stakeholders to support the expansion of product offerings in relevant medical fields.

Profile :


  • Background in nursing, pharmacy, or a similar healthcare-related discipline, with relevant certifications and hands-on experience in clinical settings.
  • Expertise in the field of infectious diseases and diagnostic methods, with a strong understanding of molecular testing and microbiology.
  • At least 5 years of experience that blends clinical knowledge with business acumen, preferably in a commercial or training role within healthcare.
  • Proven ability to work alongside sales teams to effectively communicate the clinical advantages of healthcare products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and educate healthcare professionals based on scientific insights.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region and flexibility to meet the needs of healthcare clients.
