Your Responsibilities



As a Project Manager (m/w/d) you will play a key role in optimizing energy usage in buildings and industrial sites. You will work closely with clients to analyze their energy performance, identify optimization potential, and implement tailored solutions.



  • Energy Operational Optimizations: Improve the energy efficiency of buildings and technical installations by implementing advanced strategies and technologies.
  • Survey and Condition Analysis: Assess building infrastructure and energy consumption data to determine performance trends and potential inefficiencies.
  • Operational Anomaly Analysis: Identify irregularities in energy usage patterns and pinpoint areas where performance can be enhanced.
  • On-Site Equipment Assessment: Conduct physical inspections of HVAC systems, building automation, and technical equipment to evaluate their condition and functionality.
  • Development of Action Plans: Create and present tailored optimization strategies and action plans to clients, ensuring energy savings and improved operational performance.
  • Supervision of Optimization Measures: Oversee the implementation of energy-saving measures in collaboration with facility operators and technical teams.
  • Monitoring Assignments: Utilize monitoring tools and data analysis techniques to track energy performance and ensure long-term efficiency.
  • Planning and Development of Measurement Concepts: Design and implement complex energy and water measurement systems to optimize resource usage.
  • Specialized Configuration Support: Assist the team in setting up and configuring advanced monitoring tools to provide accurate energy consumption data.
  • Process and Product Development: Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and product development related to monitoring and optimization services.


Your profile:



To excel in this role, you should have a strong technical background and a passion for energy efficiency. You are analytical, solution-oriented, and eager to work on innovative projects.



  • Background in Engineering, Building Technology, or Energy Management
  • Experience in energy operational optimization, particularly with HVAC systems and building automation (is a must requirement)
  • Solid knowledge of energy and building technology, including energy measurement, efficiency strategies, and monitoring systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify technical problems and develop practical, cost-effective solutions.
  • A good understanding of process flows and product development in energy and building technology.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site assessments and client meetings.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and innovation in energy management.
  • Fluent in German and good in English
