Are you a dynamic and results-driven recently graduated person seeking an opportunity to start your sales career and join a leading company in the tech sector?
As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships in the market, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Your tasks:
- Join market visits to generate leads for potential new team members
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with third-party vendors
- Gather valuable customer insights by being the voice of the customer, actively listening and engaging with them at every opportunity
- Participate in outbound call campaigns to reach out to potential or newly signed-up members and introduce them to the benefits of the organisation
- Manage the on-boarding process and provide support to people through the sign-up process
What you bring:
- Commercial studies, Business Administration, or any relevant field
- Previous experience in inside or outside sales is a plus
- Client-oriented with a solutions-driven mindset
- Strong communication skills and highly self-autonomous
- German, Italian and English Fluent
