Your Responsibilities:

• Cultivate new client relationships and manage recruitment projects
• Conduct regular client meetings to deeply understand their recruitment requirements
• Collaborate closely with clients to craft effective talent strategies
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate relationships throughout the selection process
• Craft tailored cooperation proposals for clients
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from advertising to offer acceptance
• Develop a robust talent pipeline
• Nurture relationships with both candidates and clients
• Build your portfolio through strategic marketing and networking efforts
• Maintain accurate recruitment tracking data
• Utilize various channels, including job boards and social media, to source high-quality professionals
• Identify Cross-Selling Opportunities for all Business Units and collaborate closely with our LHH and Adecco Group Colleagues

Your Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, coupled with strong sales acumen or experience in the solution sales field
• Exceptional communication skills and adaptability in multicultural settings
• Proactive mindset with a drive for success
• Passion for connecting with people and building relationships
• Resilient and adept at overcoming challenges
• Proficiency in German and English (additional European languages are advantageous)
• Advanced proficiency in ERP, CRM tools
