About the company:



Our client has over 50 years of experience specializing in construction.


To ensure their continued success in the Swiss market, they are looking to fill the position immediately or by arrangement.


Responsibilities


  • Define and implement the strategy for technical construction.
  • Conduct market and segment analyses, identify market opportunities, and set pricing strategies.
  • Develop launch plans for new products and services according to market needs.
  • Oversee sales and specifications within Switzerland.
  • Act as the liaison between customers, sales, application engineering, innovation, production, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team and the Technical team.
  • Visit clients across the German (80%) and French (20%) speaking parts of Switzerland.

Profile


  • Completed education in business, marketing, or a technical field.
  • Languages: German and French (must have) – English is an advantage.
  • Experience in product management, marketing, business development, and sales
  • B2B sales experience in a must
  • Interest in construction and/or insulation or a similar field.
  • Strong customer focus and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work on cross-functional projects.
  • Strong communication skills, leadership qualities, initiative, and goal-oriented.
  • Proficient in PC skills (CRM, Office 365).
  • Willingness to travel in Switzerland by car.
