Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist for one of our clients, who will be based in Zurich or nearby. The ideal candidate will be business fluent in both German and English, have a degree in Business Studies or a related field, and demonstrate an independent and proactive working style. This role is available immediately and offers flexible working options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Facilitate smooth daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in various processes.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales and marketing teams to address operational needs and support business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance operational processes, implementing solutions to drive efficiency.
- Data Management: Oversee the maintenance of accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports, offering insights to support informed decision-making by the management team.
- Project Management: Manage and contribute to multiple projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring clear and effective communication across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or a related field.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Experience: Prior experience in an operations role within a tech or international company is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Independent worker with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving skills.
