We are looking for a Sales Representative with at least one year of experience to support the sales team in expanding market presence and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality management, business administration or a related field. A native Italian speaker with fluent English and an entrepreneurial mindset will thrive in this role.



The candidate can be based in Zurich or in Ticino and needs to work twice a week at the office in Zurich.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and target potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and expand the client base.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:



  • Italian native, English business fluent, German knowledge is a big plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Experience in cold calling / client acquisition is a must-have.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the food industry and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is an advantage.
