Responsibilities:
- Lead financial due diligence for M&A transactions, analyzing financial statements, projections, and key performance metrics.
- Conduct industry research to assess the financial viability and strategic fit of acquisition targets.
- Support M&A origination by identifying and evaluating potential targets based on financial criteria.
- Manage M&A projects from origination through due diligence, contract negotiations, and completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Build financial models and perform valuations for potential investments, collaborating with finance teams to develop business cases.
- Prepare presentations and investment proposals for senior management to guide decision-making.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial due diligence and M&A in a corporation and/or advisory firm.
- Proven experience in managing M&A projects, including origination, due diligence, transaction execution.
- Strong Excel VBA skills highly preferred
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough financial assessments and identify key risks and opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting financial insights to senior leadership.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
