  • Jump into action when on-site help is needed, tackling hardware and software issues directly.
  • Handle configurations, maintenance, and troubleshooting within Microsoft environments.
  • Solve network-related issues quickly, keeping connectivity seamless for all users.


Profile:



  • You’ve spent time in the trenches of IT support, especially with Microsoft environments and network troubleshooting.
  • Skilled in managing devices and infrastructure, and can confidently handle complex technical challenges.
  • Fluent in German and French, making you an essential part of the team for our diverse client base.
  • Solid IT education background, whether through a degree or relevant certifications.
