Your Role



We at LHH are recruiting for our esteemed client, seeking a dedicated Support Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Support Engineer, you will provide top-tier support in 1st and 2nd level operations. You will utilize your extensive IT knowledge within the Microsoft ecosystem, ensuring seamless and efficient resolution of client issues. Your role will involve managing Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office products, Office 365, standard software, and networking environments. You'll also handle Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Citrix functions and roles. Effective communication in German and English is essential, with French being a plus. Your passion for customer interaction and strong service-oriented mindset will shine through in your daily tasks. You will need to be highly organized, resilient, and flexible, maintaining a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.



Your Profile



  • Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ or career changer with relevant work experience
  • Work experience as a Supporter / Support Engineer / Operations Engineer in 1st and 2nd level support, preferably with an IT service provider
  • Broad IT knowledge in the Microsoft system environment
  • Proficient handling of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Office 365, and standard software
  • Knowledge in Windows Server, roles/functions, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Citrix, and networking
  • Native German speaker with good English skills; French knowledge is advantageous
  • Enjoyment in customer interaction
  • Strong service-oriented mindset
  • High resilience and flexibility
  • Excellent self-organization skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and duty
  • Driver's license category B is mandatory
