Sales Representative Medical Devices Class III SPINE - Implant German speaking part of Switzerland
Missions :
- Build and maintain relationships with clients (hospitals and clinics)
- Negotiation of long-term contracts.
- Take a broader organizational view of account management, with a focus on patient pathways optimization and market development.
- Identify and execute sales opportunities.
- Technical advice to customers on the use and benefits of products
- Achieve agreed targets on sales and market share growth.
- Work closely with diverse functions to meet customer demand.
Profile :
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree – equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated track record with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices Class III Implant Orthopedic, trauma or Spine
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in German and proficient in English
- Advanced presentation and negotiation skills
