Job Summary:
We're looking for a Sales Support - Global Accounts superstar to join our team! In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our global sales team, providing data analysis, customer support, and handling administrative tasks. If you have a background in freight forwarding, love crunching numbers, and speak fluent English, we want to hear from you! We need someone proactive who can help us achieve sales success and keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the sales team's right-hand person, assisting with data analysis, reporting, and administrative tasks to boost sales productivity.
- Dive into sales data, analyze it, and provide actionable insights and recommendations. Accuracy is key!
- Build strong relationships with our global accounts, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Handle all the documentation and coordination for sales, including contracts, presentations, and collaborating with other departments.
- Stay ahead of the game by conducting thorough market research, identifying new business opportunities, and keeping up with industry trends.
- Keep management in the loop with regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Always be on the lookout for ways to improve our processes and make our sales strategy even more effective.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales support role within the freight forwarding or logistics sector (this is a must-have!).
Skills:
- Fluent in English (this is a must-have!), and additional languages are a big plus.
- Strong analytical skills and a knack for handling numerical data.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Familiarity with CRM systems is a bonus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills.
