CSR  report

Our parent company, The Adecco Group, latest CSR Report & CoP 2016/2017 is done in ‘accordance’ with the comprehensive option of the Global Reporting Initiative’s G4 guidelines.
Our CSR strategy aligns with the most material issues of our core business and responds to global trends in our industry as well as to the request and feedback received from our main stakeholders: employees, associates/candidates, clients, investors, suppliers and the broader public. We are convinced that success only can be achieved in the long-term when taking into account the three dimension of sustainability:

Win4Youth

Win4Youth is an employee engagement programme to raise money for youth foundations around the world. Employees and clients in more than 60 countries track the distance they run, swim, and bike. We then match the kilometers covered with an annual monetary donation to youth groups in Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Colombia, Greece, and the United States. As part of Win4Youth, we support the Tomorrows Children’s Fund, an organisation that provides a warm, healthy and loving environment for children in treatment for cancer and serious blood disorders, as well as a full scope of services to relieve families’ emotional and financial stress.

Smart works

Smart Works is a UK charity that provides high quality interview clothes, styling advice and interview training to women in need. They give women the confidence, the self-belief and the practical tools they require to succeed at interview and start a new chapter of their life.
At the core of the service is a dressing and interview appointment at a Smart Works centres. During her visit, each woman receives a high-quality interview outfit (theirs to keep) tailored to their taste and style by a Smart Works’ stylist. This is followed by dedicated one-to-one interview training with an experienced recruitment, HR or coaching professional. To find out more go to  http://smartworks.org.uk
