LHH expands in Australia to provide end-to-end talent solutions to employers

LHH, the world's leading integrated talent solutions provider and global business unit of The Adecco Group, has today announced the expansion of its services in Australia to provide end-to-end human capital solutions to employers across the region. As part of a comprehensive global rebrand, the expansion will see professional recruitment services firm Spring Professional, part of the Adecco Group, rebrand as LHH Recruitment Solutions, bringing over 40 years of specialist recruitment expertise into the company’s offering.

The consolidation into a unified, single business unit comes as organisations across Australia continue to grapple with a growing amount of workplace changes and unprecedented talent-related pressures. The recently released Adecco Global Workforce of the Future Report confirmed a significant proportion of workers throughout Australia are continuing to re-evaluate their working life: nearly three quarters (73%) of workers are worried their salary is not high enough to cope with inflation and 33% plan on quitting their job in the next 12 months. Those that plan on leaving are driven by the search for better salary (38%), better work life balance (34%) and better career progression (36%).
