Event Planning Manager- Teaneck, NJ LHH is proactively recruiting for an Event Planning Manager position near Teaneck, NJ. This position is a 100% onsite. It is Contract (Temp) position. The anticipated pay range is between $38-$40/hr. depending on experience. Person needs to be able to start ASAP. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria. Responsibilities: Handling budgeting and invoicing Manage event staff Develop event concept and plan Booking venues and equipment Manage direct mail program Manage social media Works closely and collaborates with the appropriate colleagues, officers, administration and volunteers to help create stellar fundraising and cultivation events that will support myriad programs and initiatives for the Foundation Manages the Foundation’s Community Fundraising Program Supervises the Coordinator, Special Events and Community Giving Qualifications: Must obtain bachelor’s degree Five years’ experience in Event Planning

Must be proficient with MS Office Suites and Raiser’s Edge


Must have good written and oral communication skills

Must be detail oriented Employment type: Contract (Temp)

Salary: The anticipated pay range is between $38-$40/hr. depending on experience.
