Contract Attorney

LHH is currently searching for a contract attorney for our client on a temp basis (short or long term) or a possible temp-to-hire. This role will mainly be supporting one partner in employment law, construction, and general commercial litigation. The salary range for this role is $90 - $110 per hour.

At the moment this is a fully remote role, but the client is opening an office in San Diego, CA and may request attendance in the office in the future. The billable hour requirement is 1700 per year; the client is seeking a time commitment of around 40 hours per week. This position would start ASAP, after passing a background check.

Requirements and Job Duties:

· 5+ years' of litigation experience minimum

· JD required; must be licensed and in good standing in California

· Taking and defending depositions

· E-discovery experience, law and motion

· Software: IPRO, Relativity, Case Maps

· Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills

· Solid time management skills
