Corporate Receptionist


Location: Walnut, CA


Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and professional Corporate Receptionist to join our team. Reporting directly to the Senior HR Business Partner, the Corporate Receptionist will be responsible for managing all front desk and lobby activities, providing exceptional customer service to visitors and callers, and assisting with various administrative tasks across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Greet and assist visitors and callers in a courteous and professional manner.


  • Manage reception desk and mail room activities, including handling incoming and outgoing mail.


  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and mail room.


  • Update and maintain the company directory and coordinate conference room reservations.


  • Assist with HR-related tasks, document preparation, and special projects as needed.


  • Manage office and lunchroom supplies and assist with event planning and setup.


  • Provide general office support and assist other departments with administrative duties as required.


Minimum Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.


  • Minimum of one year of receptionist or administrative experience.


  • Fluent in English and Spanish.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.


  • Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.


  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with multiline telephone systems.


  • Previous experience in a similar role within a Corporate environment


Pay$ 18 to $20 per hour
