Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a versatile and experienced HR Generalist with payroll expertise for a client in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a contract to hire position with competitive pay ranging from $24 to $26 per hour on the 1st shift.
Responsibilities:
Manage and administer payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Provide support in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity.
Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries.
Conduct new hire orientations and training sessions.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related issues.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an HR Generalist with payroll responsibilities is required.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
