Woodcliff Lake, NJ (September 17, 2008) - Lee Hecht Harrison, a leading talent management solutions company announced today that its Chief Learning Officer and Executive Vice President, Andrea Huff has been selected as one of the Profiles in Diversity Journal's WomenWorthWatching®. The annual WomenWorthWatching issue features profiles of leading business women who are nominated by their colleagues, peers, and mentors for their initiative and achievements. Women of purpose and drive who represent diversity within their spheres of influence are selected for this distinction.

Andrea Huff, a 20-year veteran of the human capital consulting industry has expertise in leadership development, talent management, organizational effectiveness, executive coaching and career management consulting. She was nominated for this distinction for her contributions to the advancement of learning, training and diversity as the head of Lee Hecht Harrison's Diversity Council.

Huff holds a Master's degree from Washington University in St. Louis and has completed leadership development programs at Harvard.    She founded and built the Leadership Consulting business at LHH, and has consulted with many organizations to create leadership and coaching programs.  She has been a speaker at The Conference Board and many other conferences and professional organizations, and has been published in Chief Learning Officer Magazine and various other professional journals on leadership, board relations, executive coaching, career and business management issues.  She is also on the Advisory Board for Wharton's Chief Learning Officer doctoral program, the first of its kind program from a top-tier university.

Huff will be featured in the September/October 2008 of Profiles in Diversity Journal where an essay she wrote on her career experiences and philosophies will be published.
