Chief Learning Officer and Executive Vice President, Andrea Huff received Chief Learning Officer Magazine's the Gold Leadership Award for in their “The Learning In Practice” Awards program. The “Learning In Practice” Awards was designed to recognize industry leaders who truly champion innovation and transform enterprise education into learning and value for their organizations.

The 2008 Learning In Practice Awards include the CLO of the Year - , the industry's top honor - , along with a list of other categories, each of which is broken down into two separate divisions based on organizational size. These categories include: The Leadership Awards, The Vanguard Awards, The Innovation Awards, The Business Impact Awards, The Global Leaning Awards, and The Learning Team Awards.

Diversity Journal's WomenWorthWatching®

Chief Learning Officer and Executive Vice President, Andrea Huff has been selected as one of the Profiles in Diversity Journal's WomenWorthWatching®. The annual WomenWorthWatching issue features profiles of leading business women who are nominated by their colleagues, peers, and mentors for their initiative and achievements. Women of purpose and drive who represent diversity within their spheres of influence are selected for this distinction.

Andrea Huff, a 20-year veteran of the human capital consulting industry has expertise in leadership development, talent management, organizational effectiveness, executive coaching, and career management consulting. She was nominated for this distinction for her contributions to the advancement of learning, training, and diversity as the head of Lee Hecht Harrison's Diversity Council.
