- Serve as a key liaison between the Executive and internal/external partners, providing excellent customer service and ensuring positive outcomes.
- Prepare and distribute necessary meeting materials to ensure all attendees have essential documents.
- Schedule meetings with multiple attendees using Outlook, managing calendars and sending invitations efficiently.
- Communicate effectively and clearly in writing via Teams chat and email correspondence.
- Draft professional letters and contracts for the Executive team.
- 5 years of experience in an Adminstrative Assistant role, with at least 3 years supporting Managers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly in managing multiple calendars and invitations in Outlook.
- Strong writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of excellent follow-through and accountability.
- Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive deadlines.
