Our client is seeking a seasoned Controller to steer financial strategies in line with business objectives, ensuring robust reporting and compliance across US and China markets. Oversee accounting operations, liaise with external partners, and drive budgeting and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
Align financial strategies with business goals and monitor debt compliance.
Manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate reporting.
Represent the company to financial partners and oversee accounting policies.
Coordinate with external CPA firms and auditors for compliance.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and implement best practices.
Report risk issues to the board and optimize financial processes.
Provide financial analyses for decision-making and undertake special projects.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting; Master's/CPA preferred.
Fluent in Chinese.
15+ years of accounting experience, with QuickBooks proficiency.
10+ years of managerial experience.
Strong knowledge of US and Chinese GAAP, tax filings, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
